    The property offers a self-check-in process with a lockbox/keypad. Detailed instructions will be shared a day before your arrival.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • Are parties or events allowed?
    No, parties or events are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests and to comply with building regulations.
  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. This may vary depending on the season.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
  • Is parking provided?
    Yes, secure on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking options may be available nearby.
  • Is the property pet-friendly?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property.
  • Does the property have air conditioning or heating?
    The property is equipped with air conditioning/heating/fans. Cape Town has a moderate climate, but heaters and fans are also provided for your comfort.

    Yes, the property has a private/shared pool and a patio/balcony with views of the mountains, ocean, or city.
  • How far is the property from the beach?
    The property is approximately 5 km or 8 minutes from the nearest beach, such as Camps Bay or Clifton.
  • Are there restaurants or shops nearby?
    Yes, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance or a short drive away. The V&A Waterfront and Long Street are popular spots nearby.
  • Is it safe to walk around at night?
    Cape Town is generally safe in well-lit and busy areas, but we recommend using rideshare services like Uber at night for extra safety.
  • How far is the airport?
    Cape Town International Airport is about 31 minutes away by car.
  • Are cleaning services included?
    A one-time cleaning fee is included in your booking. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
  • Can I arrange airport transfers?
    Yes, we can help organize airport transfers upon request. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Is there a concierge or tour booking service?
    While we don’t have an on-site concierge, we’d be happy to recommend or book tours, activities, and local experiences for you.
  • Can I smoke on the property?
    Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Are additional guests allowed?
    Only the number of guests listed in the booking is allowed. Please contact us if you need to adjust your booking.
  • What should I do in case of an emergency?
    In case of an emergency, dial 10111 for the police, 112 for general emergencies, or use the local emergency numbers provided in the welcome guide.
